Through its graduate programs, the college seeks to advance development in various fields and prepare and qualify distinguished human cadres in various scientific fields. It also supports scientific research and contributes to community service by solving technical problems, providing scientific consultations, holding seminars and conferences, and other means.
Recognizing the importance of graduate studies in serving scientific research and solving technical community problems, the Deanship of the College of Engineering launched Master's programs in the Department of Mechatronics Engineering in the 2019-2020 academic year. The study plans were designed to align with modern global trends in engineering education, which are moving toward specialization in various engineering fields. Additional programs will be launched in the 2020-2021 academic year. The Mechatronics Engineering Department's program, specializing in "Control and Automation," includes projects in advanced control, industrial automation, and renewable energy. It aims to provide engineers with the opportunity to pursue graduate studies at affordable costs, encourage scientific research, and train personnel in applied research. This program also contributes to solving engineering problems facing the industrial and energy sectors and opens up prospects for cooperation in scientific research with local and foreign universities and research centers.

The College of Engineering accepts high school science certificates issued by accredited local and international institutions, based on grades determined after the results of the competition are released before the start of the academic year.

منذ أن تأسست كلية الهندسة في جامعة الشام العالمية عام 2015 وقفت شامخة في الصفوف المتقدمة بين كليات الجامعة، وتميزت بنجاحاتها المستمرة، وتطورها الدائم، واهتمامها بتخريج طلبة ذوي كفاءة عالية، كان لهم الأثر البالغ في التطور العمراني والهندسي في الشمال السوري المحرر.
تضم الكلية كادراً متميزاً تخرج من جامعات عالمية وعربية عريقة، وتشمل أكثر من اثنين وثلاثين مدرساً بين بروفيسور وأستاذ مشارك وأستاذ مساعد، بالإضافة إلى محاضرين ومعيدين من أوائل الطلبة في الكلية.
افتتحت الكلية خلال مسيرتها العديد من المختبرات العلمية (بنوعيها التعليمي والبحثي) التي تهدف إلى خدمة الطلبة وتلبية احتياجاتهم الأكاديمية والبحثية كمختبرات مواد البناء والتربة، ومركز تحاليل الماء المتنقل، الذي يخدم العديد من المخيمات.
في الختام أتقدم بخالص الشكر والامتنان لطلابنا الأعزاء وكادرنا الإداري والتدريسي على ما يبذلوه من جهد وتعب في هذه الظروف الصعبة من أجل تـطوير مجتمعهم ورفع اسم بلدهم عالياً في المحافل الدولية.
