College of Education
About the College:
The College of Education was established in 2018 with the aim of preparing a future generation equipped with the knowledge and skills in the fields of education (classroom teacher) and counseling. An integrated educational system is employed. University students receive specialized courses in the College of Education departments while simultaneously receiving practical training in school teaching. Upon completion of their specialized and educational studies, they are awarded a Bachelor's degree in Education (Classroom Teacher).
In addition, there is a Psychological Counseling Department, which was established to meet the needs of society after the war and to train skilled personnel to provide these services. This preparation takes place over four years, divided into eight semesters, with two semesters each.
The college welcomed its first class of students in 2018-2019. The programs offered by the college have evolved and changed in accordance with the requirements of the educational field in the liberated areas of Syria and in line with developments in teacher preparation worldwide. The college has witnessed the opening of two programs (Classroom Teacher and Psychological Counseling). At the graduate level, the college is in the process of launching a master's program.

The College of Education aspires to be a distinguished academic and professional center, contributing significantly to improving the educational process and psychological well-being in society.
This is to achieve better alignment with emerging societal and humanitarian needs, taking into account the requirements of the current phase and the need to contribute to reconstruction, and to work to follow up and implement these steps in cooperation with all relevant authorities.

By the end of the program, graduates are expected to:
